Hypercubes as Mandala

Hypercubes are higher dimensional shapes, conceived and considered by mathematicians and theorists, often visualized with the aid of computers. As daily practice for 4+ years, the artist drew one of these higher dimensional shapes freehand using only red and black ballpoint pens.

Visually conceiving and representing these networks accurately required such concentration that it reliably induced, in the artist, an altered state. The majority of these hypercubes are 4 and 5-dimensional. During this period, the artist managed to successfully draw only two 6-dimensional hypercubes.
